These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by HFH Inc, doing business as One Twisted Media. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
One Twisted Media is a DJ brokerage and gig booking agency based in Los Angeles, California. We facilitate connections between clients seeking DJ entertainment and professional DJs available for hire.
By submitting a booking inquiry, you authorize One Twisted Media to act as your booking agent. A booking is not confirmed until a written agreement is executed and any required deposit is received. All event details must be accurate; changes may result in additional fees.
DJs who perform services through One Twisted Media do so as independent contractors (1099) and are not employees of HFH Inc. Each DJ is responsible for their own equipment, transportation, and tax obligations unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms are specified in each individual booking or contractor agreement. One Twisted Media reserves the right to charge service and brokerage fees as disclosed at the time of booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Twisted Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in connection with the specific booking in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
